Sake & Wine Match Dinner
Join us on Wednesday, 6 August 2025, for an exclusive six-course tasting dinner, paired with sake and wine from two of New Zealand’s most innovative producers.
This special evening brings together Takahiro Koyama of Taka K Wines and the team behind Zenkuro, New Zealand’s first sake brewery — longtime friends whose journeys have crossed continents in pursuit of perfection.
Takahiro’s winemaking story began in 2003 when he moved from Japan to study at Lincoln University. After training at Mountford Estate under CP Lin, he launched Koyama Wines in Waipara in 2009, crafting elegant reds and whites that continue to impress.
Zenkuro, based in Queenstown, honours the centuries-old tradition of sake brewing with a distinctly local twist — using pure alpine water and premium rice to produce award-winning sake.
$200 per person for the sake & wine match curated menu, or $150 for the menu only.
